I am a real estate investor, REALTOR®, entrepreneur, and community-centered builder with more than 30 years of experience using real estate, small business ownership, and creative problem-solving to create stability, opportunity, and legacy.

My work sits at the intersection of real estate, housing, entrepreneurship, and community care. I also operate short-term and midterm rental properties and continue to explore ways to make housing more accessible, efficient, and community-centered.

As a REALTOR®, I bring a practical investor’s eye to every conversation. I understand property not just as a transaction, but as a tool for income, security, legacy, and transformation. Over the years, I have rehabbed several residential properties and two commercial properties across Georgia and Alabama, and I have personally experienced both the rewards and risks of real estate investing. After losing most of my properties during the 2008 market downturn, I rebuilt through resilience, house hacking, adaptive reuse, and strategic pivots. That experience shaped the way I now advise, invest, and build.

My next major vision is the development of a small senior housing community that supports aging adults with dignity, affordability, connection, and care. I am especially interested in senior housing, co-living models, cottage communities, adaptive reuse, and community-based real estate development that helps older adults remain independent while feeling safe, valued, and connected.
